The school will be a modern, environmentally sustainable learning environment.
The project required an environmentally sustainable design that provided a 21st century learning environment and encompassed teaching spaces, the administration building, and a multi-purpose hall with minor sports and drama facilities.
The materials used are similar to surrounding residential buildings with colour steel roofing and plywood cladding. Local stone is a feature element around the school's main entrance and on the corners of the classroom blocks.
